Pants on the ground

Seriously, this is just stupid, right? I would really love to know who started this trend and even moreso - WHY? Why do some young men think that pants hanging below your a$$ is cool? Why do they think we want to see their nasty undies? I truly don't get this. Where did this idea start? WHO dreamed it up? It's crazy. It drives parents and teachers nuts and the "style" is still en vogue. HOW? Make it stop!!!
